If neither of the scaling factors of different (both in my case) monitors is
100% (but they may be different), then LibreOffice scales correctly when moving
the window from one monitor to the other.

In my case I had one monitor scaled to 120% and the other to 100% with
problematic scaling, but when changing the 2nd monitor to 105%, the problem
went away. So this is currently my workaround and it works perfectly.

Perhaps this could be a clue for developers. How to tackle the bug so that it
would work similarly also when one screen is at 100%. Just "remove" the
special-casing for 100%?

My setup: Fedora 40 (KDE, wayland), LibreOffice 24.2.6.2
