In my case I had one monitor scaled to 120% and the other to 100% with problematic scaling, but when changing the 2nd monitor to 105%, the problem went away. So this is currently my workaround and it works perfectly. Perhaps this could be a clue for developers. How to tackle the bug so that it would work similarly also when one screen is at 100%.
