If you launch the /Applications/Font Book application, select "All Fonts" in the left sidebar, and select the File > Resolve Duplicates menu item, are any fonts marked as duplicates? If yes, do you see any change if you deactivate the duplicate fonts and restart LibreOffice? Also, if you select "All Fonts", click on a font, select the Edit > Select All menu item, and then select the File > Validate Selection, are any fonts listed as having problems?
