Footnote reference falls into the next line (ODT)

Description:
Sometimes footnotes reference falls into the next line in a justified
paragraph.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment

Actual Results:
When using full justified for a paragraph, sometimes footnote number falls into
the beginning of the next line, which is not desirable. This should not happen,
as it is hard to follow the footnote.

Expected Results:
Footnote reference should remain in the last part of the line. It should be
noted that the problem does not happen with right or left alignment.
