            Bug ID: 163059

          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium

Shows that the break table/row controls are missing from the Style dialog

In Writer, we can control whether to break a table and/or its rows across pages
and columns. These controls are provided in the "Table Properties" dialog,
which can be opened using context menu of any table.

However, these controls are missing from the "Table" style.

How to replicate:
1. Press F11 in Writer,
2. Select "Table" style.
3. Check the options.

As a result, we cannot directly set this option by default.

Similarly, the allow table to break across pages control is also missing from
the "Table" style dialog.

Thus we have to open the properties of each table and set these options
individually. This is too tedious.

Desired: Please provide both controls in the Table style
