Steps to Reproduce:
1. open Writer, go to tools/options / Libreoffice Writer / general
2. set "update links when loading" to "always"
3. close application, reopen it, and reopen a master document with links to
subdocs
Actual Results:
it asks if you want to update links
Expected Results:
shouldn't ask, it should update all links without asking
Reproducible: Always
