--- Comment #5 from Heiko Tietze <[email protected]> ---
STR:

* type some text, eg "Hello World" and select it
* open the AT dialog (Tools > Autotext)
* select the My Autotext category and click New in the Autotext menu button
(HW is chosen as default shortcut and HW will be replaced with the full text on
F3)

* type some other text, eg "Hallo Welt" and select it
* open the AT dialog (Tools > Autotext)
* select another category add the shortcut there
(HW is again the default; change it respectively in case of "Bonjour le monde")

=> HW always takes the first AT

The approach is very questionable. Why would you want to duplicate a shortcut?
Using the same category (possible with drag 'n drop) it will be adjusted to HW1
in this case.

I cannot follow the step 7. Open again tools/autotext. The command "Run
AutoText Entry" (.uno:ExpandGlossary) is only available via shortcut F3. You
can insert any AT from the dialog and I see no problem here. Picking the
"HW"-AT from the first or the second category inserts the respective text.
