            Bug ID: 163195
           Summary: General heavy-usage enhancements
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 24.8.0.0 alpha0+
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: medium
         Component: LibreOffice
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

As a user who usually has around 20 documents open simultaneously, I'd like to
propose some enhancements to LO...

1a. Make all dialogs specific to the document they refer to,
1b. do not block the entire LO app when one doc puts up a dialog.
2a. Include the document name any dialog refers to; having a dialog pop up with
no clue which document it refers to is less than helpful -- especially bad when
shutting down and getting this on the Nth doc:
The file has been changed since it was opened for editing in
LibreOfficeDev. Saving your version of the document will overwrite
     changes made by others.
Do you want to save anyway? [Save Anyway][Cancel]
2b. Save dialogs should default to the original location of each document; not
to the last location used by another document.
2c. If it exists, I haven't found where to force full path on doc title bar --
sometimes dealing with docs with same name from different geographical
locations.
3. Pick one screen to display dialogs on shutdown -- closing LO with ~20 docs
open, each dialog appears on one of three screens apparently randomly given 2a
above.
4. Force these dialogs to be on top -- nothing like having ~20 docs open on a
system with 3 physical screens with 10 virtual desktops -- that's what happens
when working with 30+TB of data... :)
5. Jumbo mode in Calc is great; but given separate config parameters to set the
XY dimensions, I would be satisfied with 40M+ rows (more than 32M) by 200
columns (16K columns is never useful here; but this is not to prevent that
width).

Probably more; but I'm on a very busy/tight schedule and wanted to open the
discussion on this issue. Thanks for the dev branch; appreciated!
