Description:
When you have a table and you want to center this table of move to left/right,
you cannot do directly, you need to resize the table to positioning
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a table
2. reduce the table from the left part
3. Try to center this new resized table
Actual Results:
You cannot center the table directly, you need to resize the table to make
centered.
Expected Results:
To have an option to center or to move left/right the table
Reproducible: Always
