Example file from Word with some impromptu list styles applied
In order to make the Spotlight feature more useful in list styles context, it
would be useful to show impromptu list styles in the List Styles sidebar.
Interestingly such list syles are displayed when imported from DOCX files, so
why not show the native ones too.
1. Open attached docx example file
2. Open the Styles sidebar, go to the list styles tab
3. Push the down arrow in the document and see how the different WWNumN list
styles are highlighted as the cursor travels through the document
4. Open odt attachment 196849 from bug 163262
5. Open the Style Inspector sidebar
6. Push the down arrow in the document and see how the“List Style Name“ and
„List Id“ properties are changing as the cursor travels through the document
→ It would be desirable to show these List Ids somewhere in the List Styles
sidebar, similarly to the docx-imported WWNumN styles (maybe under a separate
category such as Custom Styles or similar), so that when someone uses the
Spotlight, they can be highlighted here and in the document as well.
