Version 24.8.2.1 Build 0f794b6e29741098670a3b95d60478a65d05ef13 Win11
I installed this release of LibreOffice, replacing V7.4.5_Win_x64
Rebooted the PC
When I open LibreOffice, I cannot open any files (FILEOPEN); either by
clicking on them in the "Recent Files" display or by selecting Open, and then
navigating to a file.
When clicking on a file in the display, nothing happened.
When I tried to open a file via Open, the application generated a crash report
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start LibreOffice
2.Attempt to open any file, either by clicking on the Recent Files display or
through the File, Open dialogue
3.Nothing happens - file will not open
Actual Results:
Nothing happens, or a Crash Report is generated
Expected Results:
The selected file should have opened
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes

I renamed the existing user profile to UserOLD, and restarted LibreOffice.
