LibreOffice has a command for increasing all font sizes by some limited amount.
While being DF rather than proper styling, it is quite useful when working with
multiple objects having different font sizes.
When inside a Chart object, one often finds one's self in need of increasing or
decreasing the font size... of everything. Yet, it is not possible to do this
AFAICT.
