            Bug ID: 163303
Summary: Button to clear the text box in the search dialog
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 24.8.2.1 release
          Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
                OS: Linux (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: medium
         Component: Calc
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

It is quite common under GNU/Linux to use select text to copy (X11, Wayland
clipboard) in the clipboard and middle click to paste. In the search dialog of
Calc, upon clicking it the text gets selected and overwrites the clipboard.
Directly pressing middle click just add the clipboard to the existing text.

It would be useful to have a clear the text.
