So, investigating another mailmerge bug with extended characters in filenames,
I came across the following bug, which seems reminiscent of fdo#41295 :
On my master build 4.2 on OSX 10.8.4, when I send a mailmerge document as a PDF
attachment using the mailmerge wizard, the PDF documents when opened by their
recipients show a completely blank document.
