You can simply attach the .DOCX document here. My guess was correct, the
paragraphs are left to right, which is incorrect.

You need to know:

1. Left to right paragraph is used for Arabic text, so that when you mix Arabic
and English text, it will be displayed correctly.

2. Left or right alignment of text is not related to the paragraph direction,
being left to right (LTR) or right to left (RTL)

If you enable Complex text layout (CTL) in Tools > Options > Languages and
Locales > Default Languages for Documents > Complex text layout" and select
Arabic, then you can find the text direction button on the top toolbar.

Alternatively, you can right click on a text, choose "Paragraph > Paragraph..."
and in "Alignment > Properties" choose "Right-to-Left (RTL)" in the combo box.

Also, using right Ctrl + right Shift usually works on many platforms for making
the paragraph right to left.

After that, you can see that mixing Arabic and English text works fine, and the
problem you mentioned goes away.

Therefore, this is not a bug. You have to set the paragraph direction RTL.
