Demonstration video
If you set LibreOffice's UI to "GroupedBar Compact" mode, the Draw app will
show a redundant drawing tools toolbar on the left below the groupedbar, which
is problematic because:
* It keeps horizontally shifting the document's contents canvas left and right
when you enter/exit text editing mode
* All of its items are already present in the GroupedBar Compact toolbar above,
they are 100% redundant.
