PRECONDITION:
open Formatting toolbar (Toolbars > Formatting)
insert any Chart and select it for Edit
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
undock Formatting toolbar
- the toolbar is sometimes much too big
- the undocked toolbar can not be moved
- when changing the visible buttons, the toolbar is closed
appears to be related to all toolbars while in Chart Edit mode, not only to
Formatting toolbar
changing the Standard toolbar made a Calc crash:

EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
undocked toolbar can be moved and resized and modified
