PRECONDITION:
insert any Chart and select it for Edit
select the Chart itself
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
any of the 4 cursor keys enlarges the chart and does not move the chart within
the chart area
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
chart can be moved within the chart area by cursor keys
