Description:
high unicode characters, specifically in the Enclosed Alphanumerics Supplement
(U+1f100-1f19f) are being stripped from cells upon saving. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1.create table
2.enter in cell: 🅲🅂
3.save
4. reopen. The 🅲 is missing.

Actual Results:
My results have held steady across multiple files.

Expected Results:
The 🅲🅂 should remain present in cell


Reproducible: Sometimes


User Profile Reset: Yes

Additional Info:
saved the high unicode correctly.
I replicated it in safe mode.
After I included a screenshot in the file, it saved it correctly and would not
replicate.
