Libre Office Version: 24.8.1.2 (AARCH64)

System OS: macOS 14 and higher
When you select "EDIT > user interface" and you are choosing "in REGISTER, the
buttons are not in the correct place.
All Libre Office Applications.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open libre office - any application
2. menu bar: edit - user interface - select "in register" - apply on all libre
3. buttons are not on correctly displayed - loooks funny :-D
4. Tested in GERMAN language only - not sure, if EN is the same behavior (sorry
for not testing this) :-P
Actual Results:
buttons like "file, start, insert, layout and so on.." are not displayed
correctly
Expected Results:
displays the buttons correctly ...
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No

i do have an screenshot, but I was not able to attach this to the bug-report.
