            Bug ID: 163389
Summary: There should be an easier way to set up page numbering
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 24.2.5.2 release
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: medium
         Component: Writer
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
As it is, the user has to go through a very non-intuitive way to set up custom
page numbering. There should be an option within the page numbering menu to set
up the document in such a way that it starts with a custom number, say, 5 or
10.
Then, further customization can be set up withing the page breaks menu.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Menu insert > page number
2.Set up page number
3.Document now starts at page number 1

Actual Results:
Document started at page 1, which is as it should be, but there's no clear path
to set it up so that I can use a custom page number. I had to Google to find
out how to do it via page breaks, which is an option buried within the
formatting window.

Expected Results:
There should be an option for the user to set up: page numbering starting at
custom number. Then further customization can be done using page breaks.

Reproducible: Always
