            Bug ID: 163400
Summary: Calc Cell Format Setting not Saved
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 24.8.2.1 release
          Hardware: All
                OS: Windows (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Calc
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
In Calc, the values entered into "Format Cells > Borders > Padding" are not
saved.
The default values for "Padding" are 0.35mm. If these are increased to (for
example) 2.0mm, the open spreadsheet is modified as expected. If the
spreadsheet is then saved and re-opened, the values revert to the default of
0.35mm. All other Cell Format settings are saved as expected.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Select "Format > Cells > Borders" and change values for Padding. Click "OK"
and verify that the changes modify the display.
2.Save the file then close Calc
3.Re-open the file. Select the relevant cells then select "Format > Cells >
Borders". Confirm that the values for "Padding" have reset to the default of
0.35mm.

Actual Results:
The values for "Padding" always revert to 0.35mm

Expected Results:
The values selected (2.00mm) should have been retained after the file was
saved.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
All other settings in "Format Cells" was saved as expected.
