Screenshot of the Text Import dialog at wide widths

Somewhat related to bug #163419 in terms of UX: as you can see in the attached
screenshot, it is possible to size up the width of the "Text Import" (CSV
parser preview) dialog in Calc, however it does not make judicious use of the
new available width, so it wastes a ton of space.

Ideally, it should adaptively rearrange its layout for those four sections
("Import", "Separator Options", "Other Options", "Fields") to be laid out in 2
or 4 columns, instead of just one column that eats half of the screen height
across the entire width of the window when there would be plenty of space to
fit all the contents on one or two rows of columns.
