Description:
There is no vertical scrollbar, more precisely, it appears if you go down below
the visible border, it also appears if you manually change the width of any
column, it also appears. I tried it on LO 6 and LO 7.6.3 and LO 24.2 and on Mac
and on Astra Linux, but the result is the same.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start a dialog

A dialog with the Table starts, there is no vertical scrolling.
Expected Results:
Start a dialog with a table with active vertical scrolling
