On my Xerox 7425 2 sided printing works ok. So it definitelly need more investigation, because all of that starts with changing LibO in our environment from 3.6.x to 4.0.x branch. All others programs prints ok on problematic machines (MS Word AcrobatReader) only LibO 4.x causes troubles with that.
