Description:
Recent documents now only shows list with common file extension whereas
previously all files with all extensions were available when Recent Documents
is accessed from 'File'> 'Recent documents'.
This means that i have to go to Open and search for previous document which
shows on master list of recent documents. Pls advise
Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to Recent Documents and list will only show docs with current file
extension

Actual Results:
Recent Documents now only show items with same file extension whereas
previously all items in Recent Documents with differering file extensions were
shown
Expected Results:
all file extension items to be shown in Recent Documents
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
