Yes, I have always downloaded the full install builds from: https://www.libreoffice.org/download/download-libreoffice/ And I always did "in-place" upgrades by running the new installers. I never changed my icon theme, which has therefore I guess always been Colibre. (I never knew that name though as I never had a reason to look into it.) After the latest install however (LibreOffice_24.8.2_Win_x86-64.msi), the icon theme was changed to "Automatic (Breeze)". See screenshot of the setting after upgrade.
