File with some document contained Basic macro libraries

Hi All,

I came upon this while poking at enhancement request bug 120658.

Here are steps to reproduce the bug using the attached file:
1. Open the attached file which contains some Basic macro libraries.
2. Open the Basic Macro Organizer dialog. One way to do this is Menu > Tools >
Macros > Organize Dialogs...
3. Select the Libraries tab.
4. Select the open file in the Location drop down control.
5. Rename a library by left-click on a selected library name to begin in-place
editing.
6. Press enter to end editing.
The new name given to the library is shown in the list box as expected.
7) Close and then reopen the Basic Macro Organizer dialog.
8) Examine the Libraries listed for the open file.

Results:
Both the original library name and the renamed name are shown.

Expected Results:
Only the renamed name should be present in the Libraries list.
