The three-page file for which comments on pages 2 and 3 are printed incorrectly
At least two issues:
1. When saving as PDF the file-to-be-printed, the line numbers for comments are
incorrect if the comments are not on the first page (line numbering for
comments appears to be continuous throughout the document).
2. In preview, the comments are not displayed.
