A very long time is necessary after you close LibreOffice to reopen it.
I'm working under LINUX Mageia9.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open libre office,
2.use Witer for example
3.quit libre office
4. reopen Libre office ... it's too long
Actual Results:
Each time i use libreoffice the problem occurs
Expected Results:
Restarting the system solve the problem
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
