Description:
LO uses 19% memory according to task manager. Using one of the file/menu drop
downs spikes that and causes a "not responding" error with the spinning wheel.
The program usually responds in 5-15 seconds, depending on what else is open.
Sometimes it crashes. Usually happens first time a menu item is selected but
often operates normally afterwards, unless it sits too long w/o interaction.
Actual Results:
