Description:
Formerly created .ODT documents successful with inserted images.  NOW those
same documents are FAILING to display or print those same images.  Attempts to
insert new images into .ODT documents FAILS...  same is true for .PNG, .JPG,
etc.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open .ODT
2.image not displayed - only an empty frame with an icon label "image"
3.

Actual Results:
image not displayed - only an empty frame with icon label "image", but no
image.

Expected Results:
image displayed, image printed, 


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
software should display image that was inserted into .ODT  
Should display whether image inserted via menu selection, "insert", and
Image should display when inserted via Ctl-V
Image should display when inserted via right click from clipboard
.ODT does not process image insertions correctly....
parenthetically,,,,
.ODP documents correctly handle image insertions, image display, image print...
