            Bug ID: 163639
Summary: Disabled header rows (using "From row:") in CSV import
dialog are not obvious enough visually
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: Inherited From OOo
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Calc
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

To reproduce:

1. Open Calc
2. Ctrl+V the contents of a CSV file (or ask Calc to open a .csv file)
3. Change the "From row:" field in that dialog from 1 to 2 (or more).

Actual Result:

The ignored row is represented by a very thin blue separator line below it in
the table preview, and that blue line is nearly identical to black, and very
much _not_ obvious enough visually, which can be problematic in cases of
situations like bug #163638.

Expected result:

Instead of only depending on a separator line, the ignored rows should also
have their contents be made 50% transparent, to make it visually obvious. It
would also probably be better for compatibility across light vs dark mode.

Locale: en-US (en_US.UTF-8); UI: en-US
