Description:
When running any LibreOffice application under Wayland with fractional scaling
and kf6 VCL resizing is laggy and freezes the application. No such problem when
running through Xwayland.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run LibreOffice on Wayland with fractional scaling
2. Add some graphics elements (shapes or pictures)
3. Try to resize them
Actual Results:
Resizing would be very laggy and LibreOffice would freeze
Expected Results:
Should be the same as on Xwayland
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
