I record my flexi in a spreadsheet with over 3000 rows and have the first row
frozen. I recently updated my OS to Ubuntu 24.04.01 LTS (from 20.04) and with
it, LibreOffice to 24.2.6.2

After those updates, when opening the above spreadsheet, the frozen rows aren't
displayed on screen and the Freeze Rows and Columns selection in the menu bar
isn't persisted. I can set the first row to freeze successfully and it works
while the file is open but, once saved, closed and reopened, the freeze
settings of the file aren't persisted so the top row is no longer visible.

Version: 24.2.6.2 (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 420(Build:2)
CPU threads: 16; OS: Linux 6.8; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3
Locale: en-GB (en_GB.UTF-8); UI: en-GB
Ubuntu package version: 4:24.2.6-0ubuntu0.24.04.1
Calc: threaded
