OK, with that hint I can confirm it on a 24.8.2.1 release build on Windows. The File -> Properties... dialog's 'Description' tab's "Comments:" field opens overly wide and the dialog width can not be reduced. However I can not confirm on current master against the 25.2.0 release. I believe that patch for bug 160937 [1] now provides all os/DE with reasonable width and scrollbar for very long "Comments" text. @Heiko, was there a backport needed/planned for 24.8.3? =-ref-= [1] https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/c/core/+/172881 Issue present Version: 24.8.2.1 (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: 0f794b6e29741098670a3b95d60478a65d05ef13 CPU threads: 8; OS: Windows 10 X86_64 (10.0 build 19045); UI render: Skia/Vulkan; VCL: win Locale: en-US (en_US); UI: en-US Calc: CL threaded But correct in recent master against 25.2.0 Version: 25.2.0.0.alpha0+ (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: 54a836fa5af3428d893cffe5d7a0963b092e9f70 CPU threads: 8; OS: Windows 10 X86_64 (10.0 build 19045); UI render: Skia/Vulkan; VCL: win Locale: en-US (en_US); UI: en-US Calc: CL threaded -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
