The bug exists and it doesn't. In fact the formatting can be changed and
reversed (you can confirm if you accept the changes). Particularly for bold
format, though, the track change does not modify the thickness of the line,
although the actual format has changed (see Format>Text>Bold). If you write a
new word, put it in bold and then remove the bold you can see the change
nevertheless.

I think the only problem is to make in active track change that words can be
seen as in bold or not visually.
