Help->Send Feedback generates a URL with some limited information about the
program, like this:
https://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/feedback/?LOversion=24.8.3.1&LOlocale=en-US&LOmodule=StartModule

(and the version goes to the modifiable Version metadata, not saving a fixed

We should send the whole information from Help->About instead of this short
info, that is inadequate, and which we have to ask explicitly.
