Confirmed. But only affecting a line first drawn with 'Line [ends|starts] with
arrow'. Not seen with lines created with arrows or circles or mixed (i.e.
created with both ends) they keep the same scaling.

So with ends|starts lines when a user adds an additional end, the first line
end point glyph is always scale larger than the ending end point. Doesn't
matter the Arrow style selected, they don't match in size.
