Issue appears to be caused by difference of formatting in bulleted lists
between PowerPoint and Impress. The Poppins Medium font also takes on a
differing appearance between PowerPoint and Impress.

The spacing itself can be increased to match PPT by adjusting width in Impress
(Format -> Bullets and Numbering), or can be shrunk in PPT by adjusting the
hanging indent (Paragraph Settings -> Hanging). However, this adjustment would
still leave inconsistent spacing and font appearance between PPT and Impress.
