Use XLSX attachment 197403 from 163667.
On open, see that styles are named ConditionalStyle_1, ConditionalStyle_2 ..
ConditionalStyle_41.
After save and reopen, the styles are named ConditionalStyle_35 ..
ConditionalStyle_75.
Seems regression in LO 7.2.
