Since you haven't confirmed the issue, I tried the following: 1) deleted ~/.config/libreoffice folder - didn't fix the issue 2) started with XDG_SESSION_TYPE=x11 environment variable (it helped with some other apps on Wayland) - didn't fix the issue. 3) turned off Settings -> Window Management -> Task Switcher -> the second check box (right below "Show selected window") - this FIXED the issue. I'm not sure what's the culprit, but I have this issue only LibreOffice. I tried other native KDE/Plasma apps and they are fine...
