Yes, I always uninstall the previous version of LO using control panel (first uninstall the help and then the LO). In this case also I did that. ***** I have installed the following extensions for several months now: Alternative searching DataForm 1.0.2 English spelling dictionaries, hyphenation rules, thesaurus, and grammar French spelling dictionary. hyphenation rules, and thesaurus Palo for OpenOffice 2.0.3 PortablePhotoAlbum-1.O.2.oxt 1.02 Presentation Minimizer 1.0.4 Solver for Nonlinear Programming 0.9 Spanish spelling dictionary. hyphenation rules, and thesaurus Wiki Publisher None of them has given any issues in the earlier versions of LO I haven't installed any new extension that can be linked to these troubles. ***** I found two user profile folders in the AppData\Roaming path: LibreOfficeDev\4\ LibreOffice\4\ I closed the LO (there was no quickstarter running), and deleted the "User" folders in both paths and restarted LO.
