Description:
To improve traceability of some documents, I need / it can be useful to have
fields that indicates, the revision number of the template which creates the
document and so the save date of the template too.
For example, if your have contracts templates, which can occasionally change,
this can allow to easily mark templates changes between 2 documents.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.click on [insert] > [Fields] > [other fields]

Actual Results:
There is no field that permits to have the number of revision of the template
and the save date of the template used
Expected Results:
it can be good to have this fields
