Description:
If i want to mark a line that is lower than 20 at a zoom factor of 100% the
mouse pointer won't change to an arrow to get into the line the only shown
pointer is the handle to change the height. In OpenOffice there is now problem
at lower heights in this case.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.in calc >> line height less than 20
2.viewport zoom factor 100 or lower
3.try to mark the line
Actual Results:
mouse pointer won't change to marking arrow but stay in change line mode
Expected Results:
mouse pointer gets an arrow - you can mark the line
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
