Description:
There is a manage conditional format window for each sheet. I have a dozen
sheets. Sometimes the manage window will stay on a sheet and not move to the
new current sheet. A restart of Calc fixes it.
Steps to Reproduce:
I'll try to take note when it happens.

I can't. So far it's random.
