Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to "insert"
2. → "table of contents and index"
3. and if you choose "Table of contents, index or bibliography"
Actual Results:
The window to create the table of contents opens, but parallel LibreOffice
Writer crashes.
Expected Results:
LibreOffice shouldn't crash and create the table of contents.
Reproducible: Always
