Reproduce steps:
1. Make a large document (more than one page)
2. File > Export to PDF
3. Initial View tab > Page layout > select Single page
4. Export
Result: A PDF with the expected content inside but the page layout is
"Default". The content is divided into several pages. The size of the page is
defined in Format> Page.
Expected result: A PDF with the expected content on a one "single page"
Reproduced on Writer and Calc / MacOS and Windows 7 x64

(ign_christian says "choosing Default nor Single page doesn't make any
difference")
Regression: Not reproducible on 4.0.4.2
