Enh. request to have option that LO starts minimized and does not take focus.
Follow up of discussion in bug 163562 where it was explained that current --
minimized is just "start with minimal decorations like splash".
Usage: when doing scripted bisects with GUI (no headless), LO flashes and takes
focus, hindring work.
