In case you want to edit a conditional format from "Cell Value - is equal to"
to "Cell Value - is less than" for instance, you have to select the conditional
format in the manage dialog, select "is less than" in the dropdown list, click
edit, set the values and finally click on Accept, this is not obvious at all
