If the Pivot Table Layout dialog is resized, the Available Fields column does
not get any wider.
This is problematic if there is a long column name which does not fit in the
available space. In this case a horizontal scroll bar is displayed, which is
not really a huge help. It would be better if resizing the dialog would also
increase the width of this column too.
1. Open attached file
2. Select A1:D5
3. Data - Pivot Table - Insert or Edit.., press OK
4. In the Pivot Table Layout dialog the Available Fields column is not wide
enough and has a horizontal scroll bar.
Try to resize it -> No change, the Available Fields stays the same width.

Looks like this since 4.3, before there were buttons which had the same issue.
